We built TismTimers to be a helpful, low-stress tool — and that extends to how we handle your information. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, and how we keep things simple and transparent.
TismTimers is made by INCLUDE LLC. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means INCLUDE LLC.

| Subscription status | Managed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We can see whether you have an active subscription, but we do not receive your payment details. |

The pet photo feature is completely optional. If you submit a photo, we store your submission in Supabase (a cloud database service) so we can review it for possible inclusion in a future app update.
We will never sell your submitted information or use it for advertising. Your submission is only used for the pet photo feature within TismTimers.
If you've submitted a pet photo and would like us to delete it, just send us an email at tismtimers@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to find your submission (such as your name or pet's name), and we'll remove it within 30 days.
We use a small number of third-party services to keep the app running. Here's what they do and what they can access:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you'd like more detail.
TismTimers is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the pet photo feature, please contact us at tismtimers@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Your timer data is stored on your device and protected by your device's own security features (such as your passcode or biometrics). Pet photo submissions are stored in Supabase, which provides encryption in transit and at rest.
No system is 100% secure, but we've chosen services with strong security practices and we keep the amount of data we collect to an absolute minimum.
If we make meaningful changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top and note the changes here. We may also notify you through the app. We won't make changes that reduce your privacy protections without giving you a heads-up.
